President and Founder of Sterling Builders is a life-long resident of Friendswood. Adam has eighteen years of personal “hands on” building experience. Understanding and meeting his clients needs is his number one priority. Adam is passionate about building quality homes. His commitment extends far beyond just building a home but in also creating a lasting relationship with the homeowner. When not home building, Adam loves boating and spending time with his two beautiful children. He is active in his community and spends countless hours giving back to that community.
Charles Hubbard
Vice President
Hub, as he is best known, is Sterling’s “make it happen” man. Growing up with Sterling’s founder, Adam, Hub is a dedicated member of the Sterling team. He has extensive knowledge of all building, windstorm and structural requirements. He gives Sterling an operational edge that is unmatched. He pays close attention to every detail while building a quality home that is unique to each client’s special needs. Hub has that “old school mentality” and demands excellence and accountability from each and every trade. On the job before the sun rises, he is attentive to your questions and concerns. He loves to take advantage of any opportunity to enjoy his passions of hunting and fishing. The light in his life is his wife, Teresa. Together, they are raising their two gorgeous girls.

At the helm of office operations, Bethany, has a degree in interior design. She brings her organizational skills to Sterling along with her meticulous attention to detail. She will guide you through the selection process always mindful of budgets. She ensures your personal touches are implemented to bring your vision to reality. She maintains and handles the ends and outs of your home building experience and provides clients with an “open door policy” and personalized customer service.
